Part-Time Sales Customer Services Administrator, Worthing - Archant Life

We have a vacancy for a Part-Time Customer Services Administrator to join our existing support team in our Worthing office. This is a permanent role based on 20 hours per week.
You will need to be an experienced administrator or customer services professional, have a high degree of accuracy and be able to plan and work to strict deadlines. The role will include supporting the sales team, working to strict deadlines and ensuring company policy is adhered to. This will involve using the bespoke booking system, use of Excel for reports and analysis, dealing with customer complaints and queries, working in conjunction with sales teams, credit control, banking and admin support.
You will of course have excellent communication skills with proficient IT skills. A good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, including spreadsheets, is required, and experience in media, customer service or finance is preferred. Above all, you will need to deliver total commitment and dedication to the business in order to help us continue to be the very best.
