The top prize for the Professional Jeweller's inaugural Shop Floor Stars initiative, supported by International Jewellery London, was announced on 7th July 2014.

Pressleys Chichester’s very own sales director, Gemma Clive, was crowned 2014 shop floor star due to the outstanding amount of nominations she received from her colleagues within the industry and some of her valued customers.

One nomination described Gemma’s ‘knowledge and passion for the industry is second to none, with her achievements not only measurable in sales but more importantly by her customers who regularly send us testimonials of her service’. When asked to share a few words of wisdom Gemma explained that all sales staff should ‘serve every customer as though they are your only customer as they deserve nothing less than this, and always to have fun at work and laugh with your colleagues, its infectious and customers will want to be part of the fun, remain professional but never take yourself too seriously’.

Pressleys Jewellers are extremely proud of Gemma and the recognition she has received from the industry is greatly deserved.
