Lucy Booth and her family took part in Just Walk 2012 and helped to bring our team total up to 14,500.
We had 3 generations in the family taking part. It was a brilliant day and we raised over 1,000 to support Parkinsons UK Lucy booth.
Like Lucy, why not invite family or even friends and colleagues to join you on this challenge?
This year we hope to have the biggest team yet and aim to raise 20,000 to support people affected by Parkinsons.
We bring people with Parkinsons, their carers and families together via our local groups, our website and free confidential helpline. Specialist nurses, our supporters and staff provide information and training on every aspect of Parkinsons.
As the UKs Parkinsons support and research charity were leading the work to find a cure, and were closer than ever. We also campaign to change attitudes and demand better services.
Our work is totally dependent on donations.
Just Walk for Parkinsons UK and raise sponsorship the more you raise the more youll be doing to help us find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinsons.
Registration fees apply and prices vary by distance.
Well provide you with a fundraising pack, t-shirt and support you every step of the way.
