Wabi invites you to attend an evening of fine dining on Wednesday 6th April 2011 to help raise money for the Japan Society Tohoku Earthquake Relief Fund.
WABI opens as the first authentic Japanese restaurant on East Street in Horsham, West Sussex. Named for the Japanese aesthetic Wabi-Sabi, celebrating simple beauty and understated elegance, WABI matches this description through the design of the restaurant and the food served by acclaimed Chef Scott Hallsworth. Each dish combines traditional Japanese culinary techniques with quality local ingredients, making for a modern Japanese experience.
Extending over two floors, Wabi offers an unprecedented experience no matter what the occasion. The ground floor boasts a stylish casual and everyday dining space, whereas elegant dining can be enjoyed upstairs in view of the chefs counter and stunning water wall.
All proceeds will be forwarded to the Japan Society Tohoku Earthquake Relief Fund and the Red Cross
