A fantastic 4,500 was raised at The Ultimate Evening Out at Mannings Heath Golf Club in aid of CHASE hospice care for children and St. Catherines Hospice.
It was an evening of fashion, food, an auction, raffle, cabaret and a chance to dance.
Organiser Alice Chambers from The Essence of Fashion was overwhelmed by the support she received. The main sponsors were Churchs Performance Cars and the Nick Emens Osteopathic Clinic.
A 0.62 carat tear-drop diamond necklace set in white gold, donated by Jim and Judy Pounds, raised 950.
Other auction prizes included a lunch for four at Carmelas restaurant, Horsham, a hot air balloon ride donated by Brian Smith, a golf game for four at Mannings Heath Golf Club and two memberships for 4Networking.
The Essence Girls strutted their stuff for charity and were fabulous.
The MCs for the evening were Bob Chambers and Tim Fifield, who had everyone in hysterics as he ran the auction. The cabaret was performed by Alice Ella with Vic Chase and Ian Barnes.
