VIP guests were treated to a celebration of local food at the launch of a new Brighton restaurant and bar.
There's room for 100 at Seattle Hotel's new restaurant and guests enjoyed a menu which included game terrine with quince jelly and pistachio, East Sussex mackerel rillettes, pickles and toasted brioche, mouth-watering roasted partridge and a sensational Sussex fish stew with grilled East West Bakery corn bread and rouille.
Head chef David Edward has cooked with such acclaimed names as Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White and Anthony Demetre and is delighted to be working at Seattle and with the region's producers.
