If you want a place to show off like the best of Brazil, look no further than Worthing Leisure Centre! The Mayor and Mayoress of Worthing officially launched the brand new, state-of-the-art, 3G Football Centre, on the 7th August.

Demand in the area for soccer pitches has secured investment for Worthing Leisure Centre, the first local sports centre to offer the new 3G surface. The pitches boast greater flexibility for footballers than ever before! Corporate training, group bookings, away days, FA Academy’s, adult and junior coaching and training are all catered for.

Sussex FA County Development Manager, Kevin Tharme, said “the centre is a tremendous asset to the local and wider sporting community, with great opportunities for everyone.”

Tammy Waine, Brighton and Hove Albion ladies player of the year has said “this is a fantastic opportunity for the whole community to get involved in football. In my capacity as the Active Communities Officer for Adur and Worthing councils Wellbeing team and as a footballer, I thoroughly support this project”.
