Social events - new executive chef for The Leconfield

The Leconfield Restaurant in Petworth recently celebrated a new collaboration with highly acclaimed French chef Pascal Proyart of One-O-One in Knightsbridge.
Guests from across Sussex and the south east were treated to an array of miniature dishes from the new menu created by Pascal and Head Chef of the restaurant, David Lewis. They were also served Wiston Estate Cuvee 2008 Methode Champenoise, produced just a few miles down the road near Steyning. The party saw over 150 guests walk through the doors of the historic building and all had the opportunity to chat with Pascal and the team throughout the evening.
