Festivities galore at Uckfield Festival

Uckfield’s Most Talented at the Weald Hall is a local version of The X Factor, with Uckfield FM bringing you the best musical talent that the region has to offer. Tickets £7 for adults, £5 for children (tickets available from Gale and Woogar on the High Street, and at uckfieldfm.co.uk).
21 July, 2.30pm
Activities, demonstrations and events for young minds of all ages, hosted by the Churches of Uckfield. Everything from art to cookery will be on offer at Luxford Field.
15–19 July, 6.30pm
The Luxford Restaurant at Uckfield Civic Centre plays host to acts including So Last Century Swing Band; Barber and Taylor; and Mood Swing, who will each perform to the crowd’s delight on one evening.
17 July, 7.30pm
Blues with Lou Glandfield
As a prelude to the town’s Blues and Roots Festival, which starts on 19 July, Lou Glandfield will be playing some old-fashioned blues on his guitar and piano, in the Ashdown Room at the Uckfield Civic Centre. Tickets £6
