The Millstream Hotel & Restaurant is tucked away in the coastal village of Bosham, about three miles west of Chichester. Forming part of Chichester Harbour, this picturesque village is renowned for its sailing and is ideally situated for exploring both Sussex and Hampshire.

The Millstream is a charming hotel and offers a choice of two restaurants. The fine dining ‘Millstream Restaurant’ has been awarded two rosettes by the AA and offers a two-course or three-course meal at a reasonable set price. Many of the dishes change each evening and in addition to its ‘signature dish’ of Twice-baked Blue Cheese Soufflé with a Cheddar and Spring Onion Sauce, which is on the menu every lunch and dinner, the Millstream offers an excellent selection of skilfully cooked and presented dishes using locally sourced meat, fish and vegetables, accompanied by wines from an established cellar. The Restaurant has recently been totally refurbished and includes a private dining area for up to 40 guests or it can be booked in its entirety for weddings and celebration lunches for up to 70 guests.

The more informal ‘Marwick’s Brasserie’ is an exciting, modern, yet modestly priced restaurant set in relaxed and contemporary surroundings. It is open from 10am until late and has à la carte and fixed price menus available during lunchtime service (12pm-2pm) and dinner service (6pm to 9pm).

They also offer tea, coffee, sandwiches and light bites during the afternoon.
