The food presented in AG’s Restaurant is quite simply, fabulous. Overseen by Executive Chef, Mark Budd, AG’s showcases regionally inspired cuisine blushed with French influences.

Each dish has a superb blend of top-drawer ingredients and imaginative flavours. There are plenty of options to choose from including juicy scallops served with oyster emulsion, Sussex Red Beef cooked to perfection and free range Fen Place Pork with crackling.

Desserts are as equally delicious and all made in-house by our team of pastry chefs. There are over 20 cheeses on our infamous cheeseboard and an interesting selection of digestifs to compliment your meal.

The restaurant itself is elegantly styled. Interiors are classic and create an impressive setting for an intimate dinner or Sunday lunch.

Larger groups can enjoy the theatre of the restaurant or book a private dining room. There are a collection of secluded spaces to accommodate a friend and family get-together or business supper.

Set within the beautiful Alexander House Hotel, dining guests are also welcome to enjoy the hotel’s stunning lounges, terraces and Champagne bar.
