Ashdown Park’s apprentice chef in national final

Last month, Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club’s apprentice chef Marissa Holland made it through to the finals of Master Chefs of Great Britain’s Young Pastry Chef of the Year 2014 - her first ever professional competition.
The high profile competition allows young chefs from around the UK to compete against their peers by creating two sweet dishes. Chefs are tasked with producing a dessert based on a classic soufflé recipe and a second dessert of their own choosing.
