Toast the occasion with signature Perrier Jouet Champagnein their intimate Champagne, wine and cocktail bar and indulge in the fine dining Valentines gourmet menu -prepared by their talented and passionate chef,Sean Dickens, using locally sourced ingredients and organic produce where possible.

Start with canaps and then choose between starters that include a delicious sharing Seafood Platter, Confit Rabbit Bon Bon Rillette or a Roast Red Pepper Terrine with Goats Cheese & Thyme Mousse. Then opt for one of Seans deliciousmains Marinated Swordfish, Sussex Beef Fillet or Sauted Hand Rolled Gnocchi with a Chilli Crme Fraiche, Passata.

Dinner onlyfor non residents on Thursday 14th February is 45 per person inc VAT.

A few of their uniquely themed rooms are still available for theone night stayon Thursday, 14th February, and prices start from 169 based on two people sharing. This includes full English breakfast and the gourmet dinner. Special prices apply for those who wish to stay longer.

Nearly two years since reopening under new ownership, Blanch House, Brightons original Boutique Hotel, has played host to some very special wedding and civil partnership ceremonies and celebrations.

Situated in the bohemian quarter of Brightons Kemp Town and a stones throw from the beach, this historic Grade II Listed building, with an abundance of character, sets the scene as an ideal intimate wedding venue. Blanch House also offers exclusive use of the entire hotel and its 12 individually designed bedrooms to soon-to-be newlyweds, couples and their guests, including the Belle poque Suite which seats up to 40 guests for a sit-down wedding breakfast or 75 for an evening buffet. Its champagne, wine and cocktail bar makes an ideal setting for both pre- and post-ceremony Champagne and canaps. Head chef Sean Dickens has created a mouth-watering selection of menus, ensuring that all produce is locally sourced whenever possible, and is able to cater for all dietary requirements.

Newlyweds can take advantage of the bridal suite, Perrier Jouet named after the champagne served at the venue. This features floor-to-ceiling windows, a roll top bath and balcony. Furthermore, newlyweds and guests can indulge in some pre- and post-wedding pampering as there is an in-house massage therapist who offers a range of treatments.

Private Dining & Celebrations

The Belle poque Suite at the Grade II listed Blanch House in Brightons Kemp Town has become a firm favourite as a venue of choice for celebrations and private fine dining events in Brighton. Seating up to 40 for fine dining and accommodating 75 people for a drinks and canap reception. The team at Blanch House will work closely with you to ensure that your special event exceeds expectations, whether it is a private dinner party, birthday celebration, wedding anniversary or simply an excuse for you and your friends to enjoy an evening of great food and wine in a relaxing and intimate environment.

Head chef, Sean Dickens, is passionate about food and uses locally sourced seasonal organic and free range produce as much as possible. With a choice of delicious menus combined with a carefully thought out wine selection the scene is set for an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Conferences, training and Business Meetings at Blanch House

The Belle poque Suite at Blanch House in Kemp Town is a first-class conference, training and business meeting venue highly conducive for those get away from it all brainstorming or training sessions, board meetings, conferences and seminars.

Its spacious and comfortable, multi-functional, stylish, air-conditioned room with natural light and contemporary dcor includes an HDMI compatible LCD projector (capable of screening TV, DVDs and PowerPoint presentations), electronic drop-down screen, Wi-Fi, conference phone and private cloakroom facilities can accommodate up to 40 theatre-style, 16 classroom-style, 20 boardroom-style and 30 cabaret-style.

The delegate rate includes morning coffee with home made biscuits, two course lunch, afternoon tea and home-made cakes along with Blanch House bottled water. In the evening, a private dinner can be offered and guests can relax in their elegant Champagne wine and cocktail bar.

Exclusive use of the entire hotel is a popular option and can accommodate up to 24 guests. A variety of team building activities can be organised such as cocktail making lessons, a treasure hunt around Brighton, a cookery demonstration or beach volleyball, sailing and wind surfing.
