Hurstpierpoint College supported runners in the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 12 April by handing out drinks and performing music at the Brighton Bandstand.
The College’s drinks station was situated at mile 25 of the marathon, along the seafront by Hove lawns. A team of pupils, staff and parents handed out water and Gatorade drinks to runners on their last mile of the marathon.
Two bands from the College performed music at the Brighton Bandstand. The Remove band, fronted by lead singer Georgia Keenleyside, and the Hurst Rockers, with lead singer Joss Harris, performed to spectators and runners.
