The award-winning sports club welcomes adults and juniors alike

The Brighton Tri Club is a young, vibrant ‘Star Mark’ accredited triathlon club, based in Brighton and Hove for adults and Ringmer for the juniors (eight-13 years). Recently they were awarded Triathlon England Club of the Year 2015.

“We are focused on building a club for adults of all ages and abilities, from those interested in getting into the sport through to experienced triathletes looking to hone their performance,” explained Phoebe Lebrecht, the publicity and communications officer. “The club is coaching-led and socially minded. We have a super team of 21 coaches delivering weekly, coached sessions in all three disciplines of triathlon. We are excited to be building the structure and coaching to support our TriStars and new junior section.

“As well as the club sessions, we hosted our first Kids’ Triathlon in August 2015 which was a huge success, inspiring families across Sussex to engage in triathlon. It was recognised as Triathlon England: South East Region Children’s Event of the Year 2015.

If you’re interested in coming along to a session and trying Triathlon, get in touch via their Facebook page at facebook.com/brightontriclub.
