Based on Vine Street in Brighton is Cin Cin, the brainchild of founder David Toscano.
David started Cin Cin in 2013 and has been taking his passion for Italian food and drink on the road ever since. His 1972 Fiat van can cater at street fairs, weddings, festivals and a range of other events. It serves authentic Italian antipasti, cured meats, crisp breads and prosecco.
Vintage Bar Box
Founder Kerry Osmond came up with the idea of Vintage Bar Box whilst stuck behind a horsebox in a post-festival traffic jam. With both a classic and luxury horsebox in the fleet, the company can offer a full bar service right across the county and beyond: providing gins, spirits, wine, lager and beer for your wedding, sport match, festival or corporate event.
With the ability to set up inside or outside, this local mobile cocktail bar run by Hurstpierpoint-based Amelia Taylor and Eliot Rogers can cater for guests at a range of events, be it a cocktail party or corporate event. As the name suggests, they specialise in gin cocktails using local producers such as Brighton Gin and beers from Firebird Brewery in Horsham.
The Great Mobile Bar Company

They have covered events at locations such as Brighton Sea Life Centre, Firle Place and Wakehurst Place.
East Grinstead-based That Bar – run by director Alan, bar and events manager Ben and mixologist Callie – offers a wide range of fully licensed, portable bars available for wedding packages, business lunches, birthdays and festivals. The Wagon Bar is perfect for a summer event or any outdoor gathering; whereas their pop-up bars – at 3x3m – are ideal for smaller garden parties.
