Seed ‘n’ Sprout, Brighton

This gem in Kemp Town village is packed with plant-based foods; and if they don’t have it, the owner will happily order it in. As well as pantry essentials, Seed ‘n’ Sprout stocks fruit and veg, bath and body products and deli foods.


Trinity Wholefoods, Hastings

A great place for veggies and vegans to stock up on organic fruit and vegetables, bread, wine and pantry essentials, as well as takeaway food, such as salads, soups, quiches and cakes.


Manuka Wholefoods, Chichester

Shop here for a great selection of organic wholefoods, eco-cleaners, organic wine and bath and body products.


Infinity Foods, Brighton

This vast co-operative shop is a dream come true for locals eating an organic, vegetarian, vegan or raw diet. Since opening in 1971, Infinity has gone from strength to strength and now stocks around 3,000 organic products, as well as fruit, veg, herbs and bread.

Titbits, Brighton

These inspiring runners meet every second Saturday of the month at Parkrun in Hove Park, as well as getting together for other training sessions.
