ARIES (21st March – 20th April)
With profound and radical changes now well underway, there still appears to be a general lack of direction in certain key areas in your life. It seems that you have not yet quite found your professional niche, and it may take until early March before you are aware of just how and where you should be utilising your talents. There may be subtle but undeniable power plays be it boss, partner or parent, but rise above it Aries, as you have waited too long and worked too hard to get to this pivotal moment in your life. In the meantime, turn your attention to all kinds of unfinished paperwork and calls which you must make before you will reap the benefits which undoubtedly await you.

TAURUS (21stApril–21stMay)
With the Solar Eclipse on the 7th February heralding a new phase in your working life, there is much to consider. Unexpected opportunities, some form of promotion and ways to increase your earning potential arise. There may be, however, some difference financially between what you expect and what others are offering, which will undoubtedly give you food for thought. Meanwhile, it is travel and the expansion of some of your goals where your true interest lie this month. Opportunities arise to give you the freedom to do something you have long dreamt of, whether it is returning to some form of study or travelling extensively, which will in turn improve your health, and relationships.

GEMINI (22ndMay–21stJune)
You appear to be having second thoughts about either an issue surrounding your home or career. Certainly the Solar Eclipse on the 7th implies that new information comes to light which makes you reconsider your position; either others have been less than honest, or misunderstandings have occurred. Do nothing but keep your options open until the 21st when events unfold giving some short term clarity but long term reservations. Meanwhile, there appears to be the completion of a joint project or the receipt of some form of financial assistance from a third party. Finally, Mars gives you the impetus to finish - at last - a group endeavour which failed to reach completion satisfactorily in autumn 2007.

CANCER (22ndJune–22ndJuly)
The focus of your attention appears to be on all things financial and the delays which surround it being in your pocket. With the Solar Eclipse on the 7th February highlighting the dubious actions of others, and a retrograde Mercury bringing delays and misunderstandings, you are unlikely to get the responses you desire. Partners appear to be stronger placed to throw their weight at not only the problem, but also at you, and results should ensue around the 17th. Meanwhile with the energetic Mars, planet of action soon to enter your sign, you should now be making every effort to reinvent your career, as by the time it enters Cancer in early March you should be ready, willing and able to launch.

LEO (23rdJuly–22ndAugust)
It would appear Leo, that your attention is focused on those closest to you, both personally and professionally, as you attempt to put the relationship on firmer footing. However information which you learn around the 3rd from a partner or someone you have contact with, proves to be perplexing. On further investigation, your suspicions may be confirmed. Whilst others may have put up a smoke screen, or may have flawed judgement, you are seeking crystal clear clarity. Difficult conversations may ensue, but it is only through these that the issue can be resolved. The Eclipse on the 21st may highlight matters once again, but it gives the opportunity to decide just what needs to be done to bring about real progress.

VIRGO (23rd August – 23rd September)
Recent stresses and strains in your home life has done little for your health, which is why it’s the perfect time to find ways to improve it by starting a new regime around the 7th. There are ongoing twists and turns surrounding a joint plan of action, and although there may have been initial optimism, it soon gives way to realism; you may even reverse a decision, which could have lasting implications. Meanwhile, tensions which revolve around a younger family member increases and continues to weigh on your mind. Whilst there is no quick fix solution, you would be as well advised to prioritise your time and give it to those more appreciative of it. More reason Virgo, if one was needed, to spend it on yourself!

LIBRA (24thSeptember–23rdOctober)
Whilst your focus appears to be on a creative project or a younger member of the family, it’s changes on the home front which dominate this month. Unexpected pressures may come from either working from home, partners or even parents, but it is the plans that you have to extend, change or redecorate your home that appear to get a welcome injection of enthusiasm as early as the 1st February. Whether you are adding a lick of paint, making plans for extensive renovations, or considering a full house move, there are undoubted changes afoot. Whilst it would be prudent not to let your ambitious run away with you, there will never be a better time for you to capitalise on current planetary activity. Seize the moment Libra.

SCORPIO (23rd October – 21st November)
The spotlight this month is on your home and family as you attempt to get to the bottom of a testing issue. As early as the first week of February you may be aware of confusing and contradictory pieces of information which will get your tail in a spin. Add to this your profound and unrivalled talent for getting to the bottom of anything you set your mind to, and you have a recipe for uncovering untruths and discrepancies in other’s versions of events. Meanwhile, Mars your ruler, has at last started moving forwards giving you the impetus to take action, and whilst it is only giving you the opportunity to go over old ground, this is not without value, as in true Scorpio style, you need to pick your moment when to take control.

SAGITTARIUS (22nd November – 21st December)
Difficulties surrounding letters, contracts or any form of information you hear may surface early this month and may prove unsettling. There appears to be some contradictory and even misleading information surrounding your career, or of those close to you. The Eclipse on the 7th will give you the opportunity to do some delving but be aware, that what you uncover may be uncomfortable. Those concerned may need to do some explaining, and the Lunar Eclipse on the 21st brings matters to a head. Meanwhile, it would be advisable during this time of ambiguity to ensure that all paperwork regarding finances and any policies are watertight, as there is the possibility of some loss due to financial mismanagement in the coming months.

CAPRICORN (22ndDecember – 20thJanuary)
Powerful Pluto ploughs into your sign for the first time in over 200 years. This may give clues as to the potency of the planetary activity now occurring in your sign, and the full scale reconstruction of your life that will ensue. Even with your innate practicality and management skills on call, and in spite of the charm of Venus at your side, you are currently facing changes which are beyond even your control. However overwhelmed you may feel, these exciting changes are carving a new and brighter future for you. Your challenge here is to voluntarily relinquish anything that is past its sell by date, and whilst your focus is on your values and finances, it’s as good a time as any to ensure that you get paid your dues around the 21st.

AQUARIUS (21stJanuary – 19thFebruary)
With the first of the two Eclipses this month in your sign, you are about to start a new cycle. News and pieces of information which you learn around the 7th will give the opportunity to review differences over not just a joint financial arrangement, but also resolving issues from the past. Whilst you continue to feel responsible for partners or close colleagues, it may be worth considering just what is over and above the call of duty. There is much to be said for streamlining your life, but choosing just what and even who is the weakest link may prove difficult. The Lunar Eclipse on the 21st will undoubtedly highlight the chasm between what or who you want to keep in your life and those you don’t.

PISCES (20thFebruary–20thMarch)
Nothing is ever quite straightforward for you Pisces, but there is much to suggest that you have a strategy to reinvent yourself. Whilst others are not yet party to your plans, and with you preferring to keep your cards close to your chest, you may learn something about a partner as early as the 1st which makes you reconsider your options. Knowledge is power; whether others have been economical with the truth or have merely displayed an overly optimistic view of things, the first of two eclipses on the 7th will highlight your concerns. Realistically, you are unlikely to get to the bottom, but the Eclipse on the 21st will throw some light on the missing link and suggests the actions you take will have long-term effects on the partnership.
