Art has a fundamental contribution to make to the curriculum at Copthorne Prep which was celebrated by Arts Week in the summer term.

Activities on offer included willow weaving, mosaic making, animation workshops, African drumming and mask making.

Just before Christmas, Year 7 and 8 children visited Madrid and were blown away by Guernica having just had a ‘Picasso’ workshop. A trip to Paris is now being planned!

The opportunities on offer at Copthorne help all children develop their confidence and realise their true potential.
